Website Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to twisprivercatering.com (the "Site"), operated by Twisp River Catering, a DBA of Zoe Ophelia Holdings LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("we" or "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Catering bookings
Catering services are provided under our Catering Booking and Deposit Agreement. If these Terms and the Booking Agreement conflict about a booking, the Booking Agreement controls.
2. Quotes, prices and availability
- Prices, menus and the instant quote tool show estimates only. An estimate is not an offer we must accept and is not a final invoice. The final price is set in your written proposal under the Booking Agreement.
- Sales tax shown online is an estimate based on the venue area you choose.
- We work to keep prices and descriptions accurate, but errors can happen. If a price was clearly wrong, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund of any deposit paid for that booking.
- The availability calendar is updated automatically and is shared with our sister company, Weddings in the Methow. A date shown as open is not reserved until your deposit is paid and confirmed.
- Bar service is subject to licensing.
3. Payments
Online deposits are processed by Stripe under Stripe's own terms. By paying, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method. Deposits are non-refundable except as stated in the Booking Agreement.
4. Using the Site
You agree not to: use the Site for anything unlawful; submit false information or someone else's details; send spam or automated form submissions; try to get into non-public areas of the Site or our systems (including the admin and partner calendar tools); or interfere with how the Site works. We may block access or reject submissions that break these rules.
5. Information you send us
You are responsible for the information you send through our forms. Please share only what is needed to plan your event. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use it.
6. Content and photos
The Site's text, design, menus and branding belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own planning, but you may not copy them for commercial use without permission. Landscape photos on the Site are used under Creative Commons licenses and are credited in the footer.
7. Links to other sites
The Site links to other sites, including Weddings in the Methow, Stripe and photo-credit pages. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate. Weddings in the Methow operates its own site under its own terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the Site, including that it will always be available or error-free. This does not limit our obligations under a Booking Agreement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim about the Site itself is limited to $100. Claims about catering services are governed by the Booking Agreement.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Washington law. Any lawsuit about the Site must be brought in the state courts located in Okanogan County, Washington.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new version date. The version in effect when you use the Site applies.
