Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Twisp River Catering, a DBA of Zoe Ophelia Holdings LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("we" or "us"), collects, uses and shares information through twisprivercatering.com (the "Site") and when you book catering with us.
Information we collect
Information you give us through our contact form, our instant quote tool and by email or phone:
- your name, email address and phone number;
- event details: date, event type, guest counts, venue and location, package, bar and add-on choices, budget and notes;
- dietary needs and allergies you choose to share for your guests;
- whether you want to hear from our sister company, Weddings in the Methow, about wedding planning;
- your agreement to our Booking Agreement, Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy, with the date, time and version you accepted.
Payment information. Deposits are paid through Stripe. Your card or bank details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Stripe tells us the payment amount, status, the last digits and type of card, and your billing name and email.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, our hosting provider and our forms record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the page you came from and the time of your visit. We use it to run the Site, prevent spam and fraud, and keep the Site secure. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.
How we use information
- to answer inquiries, prepare quotes and proposals, and provide catering and bar service;
- to hold and book your event date and process deposits and payments;
- to plan menus that are safe for your guests' dietary needs and allergies;
- to send messages about your inquiry or booking, and occasional follow-ups you can opt out of at any time;
- to prevent spam, fraud and abuse, keep records, and meet legal, tax and accounting duties.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only as follows:
- Weddings in the Methow, our sister company under the same ownership. We share a booking calendar so a booked date is closed on both sites. The shared calendar shows the date, its status and a booking reference, not your contact details. If you ask to be connected with Weddings in the Methow, we also share your name, contact details and event details with them.
- Service providers that run our business for us, under their own privacy and security terms: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting, form storage in Cloudflare D1 databases, and email routing), Google (business email) and Brevo (email delivery).
- Event partners, such as your venue, planner or rental company, to the extent needed to deliver your event.
- Legal reasons, when required by law, or to protect our rights, our staff or the safety of others.
- A business transfer, such as a sale, merger or transfer of the catering business to a related company (for example, a future Twisp River Tap House business under common ownership). This Policy will continue to apply to your information.
Dietary and allergy information
Allergy and dietary details can be health information. We collect them only when you provide them, use them only to prepare and serve safe food for your event, and share them only with our staff and, if needed, your planner or venue. We do not sell this information. You may ask us to delete it at any time after your event, consistent with Washington's My Health My Data Act.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as needed to provide our services and for up to 7 years for tax, accounting and legal records. Inquiries that do not become bookings are kept for up to 3 years. Spam-protection logs are kept for a shorter time.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you follow-up emails, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 45 days. We may keep records we must keep by law, such as payment records.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access-restricted databases and a payment processor that meets card-industry security standards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this Policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new version date. If a change materially affects how we use information you already gave us, we will tell you by email.
